Curing Headache on the Road


Tourism and travel can be good for your health, and vice versa. The key to good health-save relaxed state and to comfort, whether you are in a car, bus, plane or ship. You can use these tips.

During long journeys by car, bus or train try to adjust your breathing to current the situation.

As for sitting at your desk and doing something for a long time can cause headaches, and long stays in the driver's seat or a passenger seat in the train or bus often leads to this same result. If you are driving, stop every two hours, walk to stretch your legs and perform the exercise, which we have described above (breathing).

If you are on a bus or train, walk along the rows of seats, or in passing, doing the same exercise in between walks. Another thing that also helps putting a small pillow under the head, neck for muscles support on the road.
