About Headache Tension


Episodic tension headache is characterized by the following symptoms :headache lasts from 30 minutes to seven days; - Headache is in compression or haemorrhaging nature; - Light or moderate pain intensity (pain may reduce the effectiveness of, but not limited it); The double-headache; - There is no deterioration of physical activity (such as walking stairs); - no nausea or vomiting (there may be a loss of appetite); - there may be a light.

Episodic form of headache tension is characterized in less than 180 times a year and 15 times a month. Most frequency characterizes the chronic form of migraine headache tension.

Also for chronic headache tension it is characterized in family matter, the excessive use of analgesics and emotional disorders (primarily high levels of anxiety).

This is a frequent form of chronic daily headache, but not always found in the described "classic" form.
